Go from decision to action and execute

Teams may sometimes experience slow execution rates. How to increase the capacity to execute?

What inspires you to go from have decided - into do it? What gives you will and energy and power – from decide to execute? From decision to action. To actualise your inner decision into world. It is a gap.

 It is a preference scale to go from inside – to go outside. From internal to external. How do you do it?

The figure shows: Default negative inner voices hinder thinking and executing. Go to salience for values. Then go from think to act!

Energy plus «important values» makes the bridge over the gap. Seeking more of a value creates enough energy to move over the bridge. Which value is inspiring team members to go the bridge? Team members often have different motivation triggers: Ask their inner values. Which value has enough energy to move?

May the value for instance be the joy to go from inner decision to outer action, to see the inner idea becomes real in the outer world? You change the world in a direction that is important for you? Or which value trigger the different team members? As leader, do you manage to push the energy button of your different team members? Go from inside decision, combine it with inspiring values, a vision what you want to move towards, and go outside into the world.

Is the intention joyful enough, to see the vision, go external and do the vision? What is the driving value, belief, intention? Visualise a concrete picture of the desired future, and the bridge. Then do the bridge in real world!

 

If you get disturbed by your negative inner voice, it will hinder you to see the connections, from value, belief, intention that bridge, to go from decision to action. You may be disturbed by negative inner voices, your brains default mind wandering, imagines that are unreal fantasy, may hinder you to stick to the deepest values and execute them step by step.

Be near, live in, the deep values – that rescue us out of negativity, hinders, and allows us to move a step towards the decided goal.

 

We may explain it like this:

Values create goal and goal oriented first step over the bridge.

Fill the first step with an inspiring value, energy – and then you move easily over the bridge by yourself. Which value is so important that it inspires to create necessary energy to move fom decision to action?

Build new positive pathways in the imaginations when we visualise – and when we do creative problem solving, brainstorming. So we build stronger default pathways helping to build bridge and move over the bridge to desired state, goal.

There is so much negative imagination, in between, disturbing. In positive imagination, (in stead of the negative inner chat of default mode) you may visualise and ask creative brain solving for a solution.

Then jump into thinking, quality check, are the ideas fact based and reasonable?

Then shift into wholeness balance, be aware of most important value, that will give energy to go from decision to action.

You have to be in a relaxed state of wholeness balance to be aware of the most important values you want to move you. Give more space, place, power to relaxed wholeness balance of positive, desired state values - than to negative inner voices, inner chat.

Set free the cocktail of hormones from seeking, lust reward, care and play.

Be in flow state when you build the bridge inside you - and then move over the bridge outside you.
