(3)Continue in inner silence,

(4)Most positive intention

(5)Reflect on your deepest value

(6)Access a pleasant memory,

(7)Observe non-verbal face micro expressions, movements

(8)Speak warmly,

(9)Speak slowly

(10)Speak 10 words or less,

(11)Listen deeply between the words,

(12)Repeat the 4-7 keywords others say

(13)Ask for examples

(14)Each time you get stucked: Ask and trust your intuition.

 

What do you experience? Deeper understanding, faster creative solutions?

One of the clues is to manage to access your awareness wholeness balance brain network to balance thinking and feelings and values (take step 1 and access step 2).
